First Impression: It seems that SmartQ’s design team really knows how to design a tablet without cloning ipad. 1. After downloading the firmware, you should find 3 folders and 1 .doc file. 2. Install the firmware upgrade tool under the folder RKAndroidDM, I call it “tool” afterwards.
